Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the wholesale customer unless otherwise agreed. Delivery times may vary based on product availability and shipping method. Any additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees incurred during shipping will be the responsibility of the wholesale customer.

Returns and Exchanges:

Wholesale customers should inspect all products upon delivery and report any damages or discrepancies within a specified timeframe. Returns or exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. Any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the wholesale customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Product Display and Marketing:

Wholesale customers are authorized to resell our products in accordance with the agreed terms. Proper branding and trademarks should be displayed when marketing or advertising our products. We reserve the right to request modifications or changes to any marketing materials that do not meet our brand guidelines.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure:

Wholesale customers must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared by our company. Confidential information includes pricing, product details, business strategies, and any other sensitive information.
